you want end of life death panel….check out the “Texas Futile Care Act” or “Texas Advance Directives Act”….signed into law by then Gov. W in 1999. it allows a hospital committee to pull the plug on granny if they don’t reckon she is sustainable or if the ability to pay is in question. Quitter Palin was right except pointing in the incorrect direction. this law was passed by a majority republican legislature and signed by W. end of life counseling should be mandatory. by then it’s too late..
Crack pots? This is Betsey Mcaughey and Fred Thompson. Obviously you have not read the bill. Page 425 does include language that would make end of life counseling MANDATORY. That’s the problem, it should be optional.
